The Exceladyne OEM turbocharger upgrade is designed to be the best bolt on turbo upgrade for your Genesis Coupe 2.0T. The tiny factory compressor wheel is replaced with a revolutionary billet compressor wheel capable of flowing over 300 whp of air and providing stock like spool characteristics with quick recovery between shifts. The factory exhaust wheel is only clipped instead of replaced so you can drastically reduce your installation time for this product by leaving the exhaust housing on the vehicle. This saves you the hassle and headache of dealing with stripped, broken, and seized bolts in the exhaust manifold and turbine housing.
This turbo works best with an upgraded wastegate actuator which allows boost to be held past 7000rpm. An external boost controller is required for this option. We stock and recommend the Turbosmart Boost Tee as an economical solution. Electronic controllers can also be used.
This item is an upgrade service and requires you to supply a rebuildable core in exchange. You can send your unit in prior to purchase or elect to pay a $250 core charge that will be refunded once a rebuildable turbo is sent back.
