The AEM cold air intake system is the most highly engineered system available for the BK1 Genesis Coupe. By locating the air filter in the vehicle's fender well the engine is supplied a reliable source of fresh, cold air. This, along with the properly designed air inlet tube, translates into better throttle response and more power. This kit ships complete with everything you need including a new windshield washer tank. Kit is available with either a coated (grey) finish or a polished chrome look.

The product quality and fit of this product is excellent. The directions are complete and straightforward.
The intake sound will be increased as well as the blow off valve from the turbo. However the increase in sound only becomes quite noticeable under heavy load. Normal driving is louder but not obnoxious.
Although this is a cold air system and places the air filter lower. it is not soo low that you should be concerned at the first sign of rain. However common sense and good judgement must be used.
